Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg king fish, cut into thick steaks (any fish will do)
  • 3 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp fennel powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • Salt to taste
  • Vinegar, as required
  • Coconut oil for frying
  • A sprig of curry leaves
