Ingredients

  • 1 Onion finely chopped
  • 1 tomato finely chopped
  • 2 green chili chopped
  • 1 tbsp of ginger
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2-3 min
  • 1 bunch of Methi Leaves or (1 cup Kasuri Methi)

  • 200 gm of Paneer ( Indian cottage Cheese)
  • 1 tsp of tumeric powder
  • 1 tsp of corainder powder
  • 1 tsp of chili powder
  • 1 tsp of cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp of mustard seeds
  • salt as per taste
  • 1 tbsp of oil
