  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cups water
  • ½ cup millet
  • 1 10 oz diced tomatoes and chiles (like rotel), undrained
  • 1 15 oz can tomato sauce
  • 1 14.5 oz can chicken broth
  • 1 tsp chili powder (alter to your tastes)
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 3 cups chopped cooked chicken
  • salt and pepper to taste
