For the Chocolate Coconut AvocadoIceCream I made, I threw into my Vitamix. I ended up basing my recipe on this Vegan Mint Chocolate Chip recipe at Detoxinista, which is actually very similar to the Oatmeal with a Fork one

This time I chose to make a dessert (obviously) since summer is coming to a close and I need to squeeze in all the icecream I can before apple cider and hot chocolate take over
Remove from heat and stir in chocolate until it melts. The recipe called for coffee frozen yogurt but Ellen couldn't find any and used coffee flavored icecream

This icecream uses milk chocolate and I added in the chocolate chips, which is an option. The next time when I make this again, I'm going to try with bitter chocolate
The resulting icecream is rich and very chocolate-y with the flavor of malt in the background. The only cooking you need to do is to heat some milk to dissolve the hot chocolate mixture, and you can do that in the microwave, if you like
I was fascinated by a new flavor from Breyer's it was "Strawberry Chocolate Dipped Waffle Cone" it was not the ordinary strawberry, chocolate and vanilla so I figured I'd give it a try,
