  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup cooking oil
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
