Prepare the Mexican rice and warm the chili beans during the last half hour of cooking time. Take a large tortilla and add a couple of table spoons of Mexican rice, then some shredded beef, chili beans and a handful of cheese
Add about half a cup of water until the meat is almost covered Cover the lid and put the pan in the oven for at least 2,5 hours Prepare the Mexican rice and warm the chili beans during the last half hour of cooking time Take a large tortilla and add a couple of tablespoons of Mexican rice, then some shredded beef, chili beans and a handful of cheese
