Ingredients

  • 15 minutes Cooking Time
  • 3 hours Portions
  • 2 1/2 lbs of pot roast, cut in 1'' cubes
  • 1/2 onion, minced
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 jalapeno, seeded and minced
  • 1 can of diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1 tbsp of tomato paste
  • 3 cups of beef broth
  • 2 tbsp of cumin
  • 2 tbsp of chili powder
  • 2 tbsp of smoked paprika
  • 2 tsp of salt
  • Olive oil as needed
