  • 1 red or orange bell pepper
  • small
  • 1 small onion
  • 1/8 tsp white pepper
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbl dry sherry
  • 1 tbl fresh parsley
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 5 minutes
  • ½ full of water
  • 6-7 minutes
