Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups AP flour
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 10 tablespoons ice water
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, cubed and chilled
  • 1 egg yolk, 1 tablespoon water for egg wash
  • 6 cups fresh blueberries
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup corn starch
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, cubed for dotting over the filling
