Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup of
  • 3 cups water
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 1/2 cups cooked millet, at room temperature
  • 3 medium eggs, beaten
  • 1 medium yellow or white onion, finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup oat bran
  • salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 2 cups ripe plums, halved and stoned
  • 1 cup dry red wine
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 tsp cardamom
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
