Ingredients

  • L) combined fruit (I used tart red currants, pitted sweet cherries and gooseberries**)
  • 1/3 cup (90 m

  • L) cornstarch
  • ½ teaspoon (2.5 m
  • Bake for about 25 minutes, until topping is golden and filling is bubbling.
  • Serve hot, warm or at room temperature.
