  • 10 mins Cook time 12 mins Total time 22 mins Mini Powdered Sugar Donut Balls - BAKED Author: Bree Recipe type: donuts Serves: 30-35 Ingredients FOR THE DONUTS 75g of softened unsalted butter ⅓ cup of granulated sugar 1 egg ½ cup of milk 1⅓ cup of all purpose flour 1 1/12 tsp of baking powder ½ tsp salt ½ tsp of cinnamon FOR THE COATING 2-3 tbsp of unsalted butter ½ cup of icing (Powdered) sugar Methods FOR THE DONUTS Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius and grease a mini cupcake tray In a large mixing bowl cream together the butter and sugar Add in the egg, cinnamon, baking powder and salt and continue to beat until fluffy Mix in the flour and milk until JUST combined Fill the mini cupcake tray and bake for 11 minutes or until they start to brown Let the donut balls cool for 5-10 minutes FOR THE COATING Melt the butter in the microwave Lightly coat the donut balls in butter and then roll coat them heavily with the powdered sugar 3.2.1310 More mini donut balls
