  • 4 cod fillets, about 1 inch thick (if you are feeling fancy, black cod would be even more decadent)
  • 1/3 cup white miso
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 table spoons of Mirin (Japanese cooking wine)
  • Black sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
