Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup Moong Daal
  • 1/4 Cup Masoor Daal
  • 1/3 Cup Chana Daal
  • 1/4 Cup Toor Daal
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter or Clarified Butter
  • 1 Onion, Chopped
  • 1 Tomato, Chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • Red Chilli Powder - As per Taste
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • Salt - as per taste
  • 3 Tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seed
  • 1 tsp Mustard Seed
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Cilantro
  • 2 Tbsp Lime Juice
  • 1 Coal Cube
  • 1 Cup Basmati Rice
  • 2 Cups Water
  • 2 tsp Ghee (Clarified Butter)
  • 1 small Piece Cinnamon
  • 3 Cloves
  • 1 tsp Salt
