  • 150 g raisins
  • 100 ml dark rum
  • 1 small butternut squash
  • 113 g soft butter
  • 150 g brown sugar
  • 200 g plain flour
  • 1-2 tbsp pumpkin spice
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla paste
  • 120 ml natural yoghurt
  • 150 g fresh cranberries
  • 1 egg white
  • 5-8 tbps caster sugar
