Ingredients

  • 3 large potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated
  • or minced ginger
  • 1 - 2 serrano chiles
  • 1 teaspoon garlic
  • 1 teaspoon coriander seeds
  • 1 medium onion
  • lemon
  • 1 lime or
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon chile powder
  • Sea salt to taste
  • 375 degree oven
  • 15 minutes
  • 3/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh mint
  • 3 serrano chiles
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 3/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 ingredients in a blender or food processor along with 3 tablespoons water. Process until smooth.Beat yogurt in a bowl until it is creamy. Add cilantro mixture and fold in.
