—Heat the water, sugar, and mint leaves in a saucepan over medium heat, and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Bring the mixture to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes to extract the mint flavor. Set the mixture aside to cool, and strain out the mint leaves. Pour the cooled mint mixture, lime zest, lime juice, sparkling water, and rum into a bowl and mix well. Pour into the container of an ice cream maker, and freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions. Serve immediately for a softer texture, or freeze in a sealed container for a harder sorbet. Let hard-frozen sorbet thaw a few minutes before serving.
For today’s post I’m sharing this refreshing non-alcoholic drink called Virgin Mojito. Most of you may have heard of cocktail Mojito which is an alcohol based drink made of mint leaves, lemon juice and sweetened with sugar
Place the chopped lemon and sugar in a food processor, and pulse until combined. Transfer to a bowl. Purée the strawberries in a food processor, and add to the lemon mixture, along with the juice of 1 lemon
Mojitos are a GREAT summer drink. But kids love the flavor, so make a batch of virgin mojitos without the rum – not only will the kids love them, but without the rum, the calorie count is seriously low
Mojito. Mojito este unic prin două aspecte. Plecând de la aceste specificaţii, cineva s-a gândit să creeze un desert special, care să conţină ingredientele unui Mojito şi să păstreze savoarea inegalabilă a acestui cocktail
