Using a double boiler (boil some water in a vessel, place the chocolate pieces in a vessel that fits on top of the bottom vessel) melt the chocolate, keep stirring with a spoon
Turn the moltencakes out on to a plate or serve in the ramekins with fresh berries and cream. Add the chocolate mixture to the egg mixture and sift in the coconut flour and raw cacao powder
Melt the chocolates and butter in the microwave. Moltenlavacakes are one of my favorite desserts. I love when the cake part is still warm and the inside part is creamy and fudgey
