  • For 1 pie
  • 1 lb of Lean Ground Pork
  • 1 tsp Cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 3/4 cup Chicken Stock or Water
  • 1 stalk Celery, finely chopped
  • 1 Large Carrot, finely chopped
  • 1 Large Baking Potato, peeled and diced
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Pepper
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Savory
  • 1/4 tsp Dried Rosemary
  • 1/4 tsp Grated Nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • Salt to taste
