  • 3 -4 lbs chuck boneless chuck roast (well-marbled and at least 2 inches thick)
  • 1 tablespoon Kitchen Bouquet
  • 3 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 -2 tablespoon canola oil
  • 2 tablespoons Wondra Flour or 2 tablespoons flour
  • water
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • salt and pepper, to taste
