  • 1 tablespoon chinese rice wine or 1 tablespoon dry sherry
  • 2 slices ginger
  • 1 green onion
  • dark soy sauce
  • light soy sauce
  • sesame paste
  • fermented bean curd (mashed)
  • chili oil
  • rice vinegar
  • hoisin sauce
