  • ½ cup – Rice (soaked 1 hours)
  • 1 – chopped Onion
  • 1 – chopped Tomato
  • ½ inch – Finely chopped Ginger
  • 1 – chopped Green Chilli
  • ¾ tsp – Cumin seeds
  • ¼ tsp – Turmeric powder
  • A pinch – Asafoetida
  • 3.5 cups water
  • Oil
  • Salt
