Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Poosanikai/White Pumpkin 1/2 cup (peeled & Chopped)
  • 1/4 tsp Fresh Coconut 1/4 cup (shredded)
  • 1 tsp(washed & soaked)
  • 1.5 tsp(washed & soaked)
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1-2 tsp Mustard seeds 1/4 tsp Dry Red Chilli 1 no. (broken)
  • First cook pumpkin with enough water till soft and tender or microwave for 2 minutes.
  • Then beat curd/yogurt with couple of tbsp of water until smooth and creamy.
  • Once it starts boiling, turn the heat to low and add the beaten curd and mix well and simmer for 1-2 minutes.
  • That's it..Poosanikai Mor Kuzhambu ready. Garnish with Cilantro and serve warm with Plain rice.
