Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 large head of cauliflower
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 ″ piece fresh root ginger
  • ½ tsp Sea Salt
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ground turmeric
  • ½ cup sulphite free dried apricots
  • ½ cup sultana raisins
  • 1 cup fresh parsley – chopped
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro – chopped
  • 1 small bunch green onions – trimmed and chopped
  • 1 large orange – zest and juice
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • Optional – ½ cup pine nuts – toasted (omit these if strict AIP as they are a stage 2 reintroduction)
