Ingredients

  • 2.7 kg chicken thighs
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 2 tsp of ground cumin
  • 1 tsp of freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 tbsp of olive oil
  • 3 medium sized white onion
  • 1 tsp of saffron threads
  • 1 tsp of
  • ground turmeric
  • 370 g green olives
  • 1 fresh lemon
  • 6 preserved lemons
