  • 1/2 pound ground round 1/2 pound ground Italian sausage (I used turkey Italian sausage) 1 tbsp seasoned salt 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp pepper 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 3 tbsp salted butter 1/2 onion, sliced 8 oz canned mushrooms, sliced 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar Fried Jalapeno Slices Muenster cheese slices 4 burger buns, split and toasted Thousand Island dressing 4 eggs (I happened to have duck eggs on hand, but regular eggs will certainly do), fried over medium Instructions
