  • 1 cup instant oatmeal
  • 1 cup fat free yogurt.
  • 2 tbsp raisins
  • 1 Tbsp unsalted sunflower seeds
  • 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed
  • ½ apple, peeled, diced
  • 2 tsps honey or maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp Ground Flaxseeds
  • 1 Tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp salt
