  • shredded cheddar cheese
  • eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • 180/350 degrees for
  • 18-20 minutes or until the yolks are as firm as you desire and the whites are cooked through

  • 1 cup oatmeal (quick oats)
  • 1 1/2 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 1/3 - 2 cup water
  • 1/8 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
