  • 4 tbsp of whole wheat flour
  • 2 tbsp of granulated brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp fat free milk
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp of bournvita
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder or 2 pinches of baking soda
  • A pinch of white sugar for garnish
