Ingredients

  • Ingredients (serves 4)
  • 2 cups basmati rice
  • 2 large potatoes boiled and peeled - each cut into 4 pieces 4 onions cut julienne style
  • 1/2 cup mint leaves , finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 11/2 cup tomato purée
  • 1 cup fried onions
  • 1 tbsp roughly chopped pistachio/almonds
  • [Cut onions julienne style and deep fry in oil or ghee. Sprinkle salt at the time of frying to make them more crispy]
