Ingredients

  • 350 gms Chicken - cut and clean
  • 1 and 1/2 cup basmati rice- soaked in enough water for 20 mins
  • 2 medium sized potatoes - boiled & diced into cubes
  • 3/4 cup sliced onion
  • 2 small tomatoes - chopped
  • 1/2 cup curd / yogurt
  • 1/2 cup mint leaves - chopped
  • 1 tsp kewra essence
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 2 tsp cumin powder / jeera
  • 3 tsp Garam Masala
  • salt to taste
  • 1/4 cinnamon stick
  • 2-3 cloves
