Ingredients

  • 1 chicken
  • 1 onion
  • 4-5 garlic
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 javitri
  • 2 black cardamoms
  • 2 green cardamoms
  • 2 tbsp whole coriander seeds
  • 2-3 cloves
  • 10 peppercorns
  • 1 tsp nutmeg powder
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 ½ cups basmati rice
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 2 onions
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp ginger paste
  • 1 tbsp garlic paste
  • 1 cup curd
  • 1 tbsp garam masala powder
  • 4 cups of water in a pan and add the yakhni masalas and the reserved
  • Add the chicken pieces. Cover
  • and cook for 5 minutes.
