  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 1 tsp black mustard seeds
  • 2 fat garlic cloves chopped
  • 1/2 tsp ginger fresh, frozen chopped or ground
  • 1 heaped tablespoon curry powder mild, medium or hot mixed with some lemon juice
  • olive oil spray
  • fresh or frozen mixed vegetables leftovers are great
  • 1/2 tin mushy peas
  • 1 vegetable stock cube make up to 3/4 pint with water
  • 1/3 pack Quorn chicken pieces
