Ingredients

  • Mutton shoulder

  • Onions sliced
  • 1 no medium size
  • 2 inch size
  • Coriander powder 2 to
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 2 tsp
  • 1 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder
  • Chilli powder
  • Pepper powder
  • 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder
  • 3 tsp
  • 50 ml
  • 4 minutes
  • 7. Heat remaining oil in a pressure cooker
  • 12 minutes
  • 10. Serve hot with white rice, Biryani and chapati
