  • 15 Bean Turkey (or Chicken) Soup
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • Black pepper
  • 3 tablespoon butter
  • 1 onion, halved then sliced
  • 3 stalks of celery, sliced on a bias
  • 1 head of cauliflower, shredded
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 teaspoons fresh grated ginger
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce, plus more to taste
