As is my style, I follow the recipe down to the letter the first time, check the directions frequently the second time, and then just kind of throw out any challenging bits and make it work for me by the third run

These are packed full of yummy veggies, and possibly healthy for you. I had a pork butt in my freezer that I had been saving for a fun group dinner, so I pulled it out and improvised on a recipe I found online with what I had on hand in my pantry
As a lunch box forthe kiddos I think this is plenty of food, but if I was packing it formy hubby I would probably add a side salad with some grilled chicken or some other extra low carb side for a bit more substantial lunch
" My blender is small and weak, poor thing (but has lasted forever), so I blend my greens first. They get pretty smooth if I process themfor a minute or two
