Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup peeled and chopped zucchini (please peel it, unless you want a green-tinged pate)
  • 1 cup grated carrot
  • 1/3 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup minced red onion
  • 3-4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh dill (or 1 teaspoon dried)
  • 1 teaspoon kelp powder (or crumble in a nori sheet)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne powder
  • 2-4 tablespoons water, or as needed
