Ingredients

  • 3 Tbs Butter
  • 1/2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 3 Tbs Flour
  • 3 Cups Half and Half Cream
  • 2 Cups Grated Swiss Cheese
  • 1-2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2-3 Tbs Hot Sauce (I use Louisiana Hot Sauce)
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/8 tsp Ground Nutmeg
