  • 400 g basmati rice
  • 300 g ground beef (less than 5% fat)
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 1 potato, thinly sliced
  • 1 small eggplant, thinly sliced
  • cinnamon
  • nutmeg
  • ground coriander
  • paprika
  • vegetable oil
  • hot water (volume of rice multiplied by 1.5)
