Ingredients

  • 1 c Besan flour
  • 1½ c Ghee
  • 2 c Sugar
  • 1 c Water
  • 5. Stir well till it leaves the sides of the pan.6.To see whether it is done take a small piece and roll it if it is easy to roll it is done.7.Pour this to a thali and keep for cooling.8.When it is cooled and still little warm cut into diamonds,squares or rectangles.
