  • 1 tbsp coarsely ground red chili
  • 175 gm butte, softened
  • 175 gm sugar
  • 25 gm flour
  • For the syrup
  • 150 ml water
  • 5 tbsp sugar
  • 8 whole red chilies
  • 15 whole cardamom pods
