Ingredients

  • Makes eight to twelve
  • 4 cups (500 grams) all-purpose flour (perhaps a little more if your dough is too wet)
  • 2 tsp (8 grams) sugar
  • 2 tsp (12 grams) salt
  • 1 tsp (4.9 grams) baking powder
  • 2 TBS (28 grams) oil or ghee
  • 4 TBS (61.3 grams) of whole milk, plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp (4.25 grams) dry active yeast
  • 1 cup (125 grams) warm whole milk (110 degrees F/ 43 C) – you might need a little more if your dough is too dry
