  • Cooked rice (see note above)
  • 15 prawns
  • 100 g chicken fillet
  • 1 tbsp of
  • fish sauce
  • 1 big onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tbsp sweet soya sauce
  • 2 red chilli
  • 1 tbsp belacan
  • 2 shallots
  • 1 handful of ikan bilis, rinsed and pat dry
