of small new potatoes, 200 grams of new Imeretian cheese (or mozzarella), 2 green onions, 200 grams of sour cream, 1 egg, 1 tsp of black pepper, 1 heaped tbs of flour, 40 grams of butter, 20 grams of dill, and salt (amount dependent upon personal preference).
This soup is vegan, but mighty tasty with a side of whole wheat toast slathered with goat cheese. this sweet potato, kale, chickpea and farro soup, which is both impossible to describe using fewer words and totally my favorite soup

I wish I had better news for you here, but I wouldn’t recommend freezing this soup. The good news here is that you can use chicken broth or chicken stock, but before making a choice, it might help to know what the differences are
