No-Bake Chocolate and Banana Cake

  • - 200 g whole wheat crackers, ground;
  • - 80 g butter, melted;
  • - 1 tablespoon of peanut butter (optional);
  • - 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar;
  • - 2 tablespoons of powdered cocoa, divided;
  • - 2 large bananas, sliced;
  • - 250 ml heavy cream;
  • - 80 g dark chocolate;


    Start making the cake with the crust: Blend the crackers with one spoon of cocoa, powdered sugar, melted butter and the peanut butter. Prepare a cake pan with removable walls and press the mixture on its base. Now add a banana layer and then prepare the chocolate cream.
    Bring the heavy cream to a boil and stop the heat. Stir in the chocolate pieces and the other tablespoon of powdered cocoa. Blend well and pour onto the banana cake.
    Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
