  • 1 Cup Digestive Biscuits crumbs
  • 11/4 Cup Unsalted Butter
  • 11 Tbsp Sugar [optional]
  • 1150 Gm Dark Chocolate
  • 1150 ml Fresh Cream
  • 1 Caramilised Cashew Nuts To Garnish1.In a blender, place biscuits and make fine crumbs.
  • 2. In a sauce pan, heat the butter till it melts.
  • 3. In a bowl mix the biscuit crumbs,melted butter and sugar.
  • 4. Press this mixture to base and sides of tart pans.
  • 5. Refrigerate it for 45 minutes or until set.
  • 6. Unmould from Tart Pans by gently tapping and refrigerate until filling is ready.
  • 6. Chop the chocolate and keep aside in a bowl.
  • 7. In a heavy bottom pan, heat the cream. Switch off when cream starts bubbling.
  • 8. Pour the cream over chocolate and let it rest for 5 minute.
  • 9. Using Rubber Spatula or whisk, slowly mix the cream and chocolate until combined well.Let it cool down.
  • 10. Pour into mini tarts and refrigerate overnight or atleast 2 hours to set.
  • 11. Top it with few caramlised nuts and enjoy.
  • Notes
  • 1. I used 20 Marie Biscuits
  • 2. You can use combination of Milk Chocolate and Dark Chocolate for Filling.
