1 In
a saucepan, over medium heat, combine the sugar, butter, and heavy cream. Heat to the softball stage which is about 235 degrees F, stirring constantly.
1 Remove
from heat and stir in the marshmallow cream and white chips. Stir until the white chips are well blended and melted.
1 Reserve
1/2 cup of the mixture and set aside in another bowl.
1 Add
orange extract and food coloring to the remaining mixture left in the saucepan. Stir well and pour into the prepared pan.
1 Then
pour or drizzle the reserved white mixture that you set aside over the orange fudge. With a knife swirl it into the fudge back and forth.
1 Refrigerate
until set, about 2 hours. Then cut into squares and serve.
Garnish with mandarin oranges. mandarin orange, for garnish. Combine the 1 2/3 tablespoons orange juice concentrate, water, milk, canola oil, vanilla and orange extract. Divide batter among two 9 inch sprayed cake pans and bake for 30-35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean. 1 2/3 tablespoons orange juice concentrate. 1/8 cup canola oil. 1/4 teaspoon orange extract. 1/4 cup orange juice concentrate
This drink was not and IS not appropriate for those currently pregnant, but it is one of my favourite ways to enjoy the same flavors of the orangecreamsicle with an alcoholic kick
