No Bake Orange Creamsicle Fudge!

  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 16 tablespoons butter
  • 11/3 cup heavy cream
  • 11/2 (7 oz) marshmallow cream
  • 16 ounces white chocolate chips
  • 11 1/2 teaspoons orange extract
  • 15 drops orange food coloringLine an 8x8 pan with parchment.
  • 1 In a saucepan, over medium heat, combine the sugar, butter, and heavy cream. Heat to the softball stage which is about 235 degrees F, stirring constantly.
  • 1 Remove from heat and stir in the marshmallow cream and white chips. Stir until the white chips are well blended and melted.
  • 1 Reserve 1/2 cup of the mixture and set aside in another bowl.
  • 1 Add orange extract and food coloring to the remaining mixture left in the saucepan. Stir well and pour into the prepared pan.
  • 1 Then pour or drizzle the reserved white mixture that you set aside over the orange fudge. With a knife swirl it into the fudge back and forth.
  • 1 Refrigerate until set, about 2 hours. Then cut into squares and serve.
