I’m admittedly not much of a baker and do not follow a gluten-free diet, but the recipes in this cookbook were so easy and delicious that anyone can make them and everyone will enjoy them
Using a food processor, pulse sandwich cookies until they are fine crumbs. You can also place cookies in a large ziploc bag and crush them with a rolling pin or heavy glass
Cut the tops off the strawberries and hollow them out using a small spoon or a strawberry huller (this is the type I use, works for tomatoes and strawberries)
My standard birthday cake growing up was a cheese cake, the nobake type. If you knew Tam, you would know when I say that my birthday cheese cakes were very exciting
