Ingredients

  • 1 cup of very ripe bananas, mashed well
  • 2 ⅓ cup quick oats or regular oats blent up halfway in a blender
  • 1 cup natural chunky peanut butter
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips
  • ⅓ cup raisins
  • ¼ cup raw honey, melted (agave or maple syrup)
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • 300 g zelo zrelih banan, zmečkanih v pire (pribl. 4 banane)
  • 210 g ovsenih kosmičev
  • 250 g arašidovega masla
  • 100 g čokoladnih kapljic
  • 75 g rozin
  • 75 g agavinega sirupa (ali medu, javorjevega sirupa,..)
  • ¾ žličke soli
