Ingredients

  • 8 oz roasted pork tenderloin (rub with your favorite spices and roast till done)
  • 4 oz sliced ham (four thick slices)
  • 8 sandwich sliced dill pickles
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 4 tsp yellow mustard
  • Hearty white bread, at least the size of the palm of your hand
  • Butter to cover 8 slices of bread
